Pocketbook also has better backlight technology, it doesn't make the screen color looks faded like the Kobo libra color. Obviously the BW version displays 300dpi which is good on both devices.

Pocketbook Inkpad color 3 has a better color display compared to the Kobo Libra color also its 0.8 inch bigger. which is ideal for reading manga/comics. Although Kobo UI and navigation is better.

Another plus point of the Inkpad Color 3 is that it has a built in speaker for audiobooks but kobo Libra Color doesn't. Of course you can listen to audiobooks on both device via Bluetooth headphones. But Kobo takes the point in better responsiveness and snappier navigations.
