I know you start strong but quickly lose focus, energy, and motivation but the key to effective long study sessions is not simply “sitting longer” but managing your mind, body, and environment in a smart way so you can continue for long. Preparing the Body Your brain is fueled by your body. If your energy dips, your concentration will too. Aim for 8 hours of quality sleep but not less than 6.
