Some tips if you find trouble when syncing on Supernote
Sync Failed or network Connection Failed:
If the sync doesn’t start or it says Synchronization failed or network connection failed then first you need to check your internet connection and ensure it's working properly, and restart your device once and try again.
Folder Not Syncing
If you cant find a folder or file in google drive after syncing then Double-check that the folder you wanted to sync is selected in the Sync settings. If a specific file isn’t syncing, ensure it’s within the selected folder.
Device doesn't match user error
You may see an error like "Device doesn't match user" when syncing your Supernote with Google Drive. This issue can arise if you try to sync a different Google account after authorizing another one. Unfortunately, once a Google account is authorised on your Supernote, you can't authorize a different account without performing a factory reset.
Solution:
Factory Reset:
Factory reset your Supernote. After resetting you will be able to authorize a new Google account without seeing the error - "Device doesn't match user"
Note: Keep in mind that a factory reset will erase everything on your Supernote, so get a backup of your data before doing a reset.
Use Other cloud services
If you don't want to factory reset your Supernote device, then you can use alternatives like Dropbox and OneDrive which works smoothly with Supernote. Dropbox is often considered a simple and easy-to-use cloud service.
