How to reset when the Boox Note Air 2 is Frozen and you can't access the settings

  1. First, turn off the Note Air 2 by long pressing the power button. After the device is turned off wait for 30 seconds.
  2. Long press the power button for at least 10 seconds, then release it.
  3. Wait for  5 seconds and then short press the power button for 5 times. now you will get the recovery menu.
  4. Within the recovery menu, select "Wipe data/Factory reset" to reset the Boox tab.
  5. After wiping the data select 'Reboot to system' or 'Reboot system now' to turn on the device.
